My role at Waterstons is...
As the Remote Services Lead for Waterstons ANZ, overseeing our Service Desk and Network Operations Centre; my day-to-day consists of leading our operational team to deliver exceptional services and solutions. Our valued clients can be assured they will always receive a friendly and receptive ear when they call and of course, brilliant problem-solving that’ll have you back up and running in no time.
Unofficially, my role in the Sydney office is also office DJ, creating a good atmosphere in the office with great tunes is something I and the team very much enjoy. I’m equally passionate about good snacks, so our kitchen is always stocked with treats.
My life away from work is...
I’ve recently returned from a trip to the UK to visit and connect with the Waterstons team which was fantastic! This trip ignited a newfound love to travelling and I look forward to challenging myself on new trips like Everest Base Camp and other off-beat experiences.
I also regularly donate blood and am very close to my hundredth donation. Being a blood donor is extremely important to me and I enjoy being able to contribute to this essential service.

I will be present from your first day of partnership with Waterstons and throughout your journey. Even though you may not speak to me directly each time, I am always in the background supporting and guiding the team.
