If you return to the home page by clicking your site’s logo at the top left, you can then click Edit and change the content you see there. The template features a web part called Hero which shows a number of big tiles that you can individually edit to draw users’ attention and direct them to relevant content. Below, you can see how to update an individual tile so it links to the page we just created:

As you scroll down the Home page, you’ll see web parts for News, Events, Documents, Quick Links and People Profiles. Try them all out, remove the ones that you don’t need, and add any others you want to show.

If you’ve not already found the “four-way arrow” icon on the toolbars for web parts, try using it now to move a web part to a different part of the page. Just click and drag to move the web part to where you want it to go. This icon also appears in the margin next to each section, where you can use it to move an entire section up or down the page:
