Adam Coombs

My role at Waterstons is spent rolling my sleeves up (with the occasional high vis jacket) to really get to know my clients in detail including their business strategy, operations and people. I work with my clients to define their key challenges, create transition and IT strategies, create innovation roadmaps, understand more about their customers, find solutions to meet business needs and manage the implementation of these changes. I love being able to work across the whole of my client's businesses with a range of people.
