My role at Waterstons is to be helpful! It might be as a sounding board for clients to talk about their challenges. Or it might be supporting colleagues, by sharing knowledge and collaborating on incentives. A lot of my time is spent architecting, building, and delivering software applications: that's incredibly rewarding when you see how it benefits others.
